Decent coffee, slow delivery
I ordered the Specialty Coffee Beans, a single origin bag, from DFRNT last week. The ordering process was straightforward on their website. The beans themselves are quite good, fresh and aromatic, made a nice brew. However, delivery took about 6 days to reach me in California, which felt a bit long for '24-hour delivery' as they sometimes advertise. I didn't need customer support, so can't speak to that. Overall, the product is solid, but manage your expectations on shipping time.

I just got my latest order of their Filter Roast Coffee and it's fantastic! The aroma when I opened the bag was just amazing. I brewed a cup right away and it tasted so smooth and rich.
